Trader and scope
egolog.ro and the official WhatsApp Business channel are operated by EGO INDUSTRIAL GAS S.R.L. These terms apply to the website and EgoLog orders. Checkout is available to businesses, authorised professionals and natural persons who confirm that they meet the requirements for buying and using regulated products. The buyer is responsible for accurate information and permitted use. Mandatory legal rights prevail over any conflicting wording.
Regulated products and buyer eligibility
EgoLog supplies refrigerants in cylinders and bulk quantities. A distributor buying sealed products only for resale declares that no technical handling will be performed. A buyer purchasing for charging, installation, maintenance, servicing, repair or recovery must provide the certificate or attestation holder's name, number and issuing country. Checkout records the chosen purpose, declaration, version, timestamp, SHA-256 fingerprint and ordered quantities. We do not request a certificate copy, issuing authority, expiry date or Romanian personal identification number (CNP), and certificate details may be checked before dispatch. Natural-person checkout is currently limited to invoicing and delivery in Romania. Buyers must comply with Regulation (EU) 2024/573 and applicable transport, storage, emissions, handling, recovery and refillable-container rules.
Order and contract
Product listings are invitations to place an order. The distance contract is formed only when EgoLog confirms acceptance on a durable medium after checking availability, payment information and, where required, legal eligibility. An automatic receipt notice or payment authorisation alone is not final acceptance. We may refuse incomplete, inconsistent or reasonably suspicious orders in accordance with law.
Price, taxes, payment and availability
Product price, applicable taxes, delivery cost and total are shown before submission. Online payment is processed in the secure environment identified at checkout; EgoLog neither stores full card data nor requests it by email or WhatsApp. R404A can be ordered when enabled in the live database and only for permitted use. If an order cannot be accepted, collected funds are returned without undue delay through the same payment method unless another valid arrangement is agreed.
Preparation and delivery
Served countries, available method, cost and estimated timing are shown or communicated before acceptance. Timings are estimates unless a firm date is expressly agreed. Risk and title transfer according to the individual confirmation, agreed delivery term and applicable law. On receipt, inspect packaging and the cylinder without compromising safety and report shortages, damage or delay promptly to [email protected] with the order number and available evidence.
Commercial returns and refillable containers
Confirmed professional orders carry no contractual return right for change of mind, project cancellation, buyer ordering error or later lack of need. This does not exclude mandatory remedies for non-conforming, incorrectly delivered, damaged or short-shipped goods. Ownership, deposit, exchange, refill or hand-over conditions for a cylinder are those stated for the product, batch label or order confirmation and are not a change-of-mind product return.
Product conformity and complaints
EgoLog is responsible for conformity under the contract and mandatory rules. Depending on the facts, remedies may include replacement, lawful and technically possible correction, price reduction or termination. F-gas, ADR and safety requirements may affect the available solution without removing non-waivable rights. Do not use or open a cylinder suspected of damage; isolate it safely and await instructions.
WhatsApp, automated replies and acceptable use
WhatsApp is an information and support channel; a conversation alone does not form a contract. Some replies may be generated or prepared with AI, and a human operator may be requested. Do not use the channel for emergencies, unlawful or abusive content, spam, passwords, authentication codes or full card details. WhatsApp data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Liability, website availability and intellectual property
We take reasonable steps to keep information correct and services available, but material errors, maintenance or interruptions may occur. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. Website text, visual identity, logos, images and components belong to EGO INDUSTRIAL GAS S.R.L. or its licensors and may not be commercially reproduced without authority.
Applicable law, disputes and updates
Romanian law governs these terms, while jurisdiction follows mandatory applicable rules. We first seek an amicable solution through [email protected]. Where the buyer is legally a consumer, mandatory remedies including A.N.P.C. and SAL remain available. The version communicated and accepted when the contract is concluded applies to that order; the current website version appears on this page.
