What does “reference document” mean?
These public documents are issued by EGO INDUSTRIAL GAS SRL as supplier/distributor and do not state that EGO is the chemical manufacturer. The regulatory SDS must match the actual product, batch and supplier. We send the customer the current sheet before dispatch. For other EU countries, the legally required SDS is supplied in the official language required by the destination country; the English copy is additional.
The SDS is supplied free of charge no later than the first delivery. A revised version is sent to affected customers in accordance with REACH.
Documents delivered to the buyer
- Invoice and order confirmation
- Delivery note / packing list with product, quantity, batch and container serials
- Actual supplier SDS in the mandatory destination language + English copy
- TPED and refillable-container conformity details where applicable
- Certificate of Analysis (CoA) when issued for the batch, bulk or reclaimed product
- CMR / proof of delivery for cross-border transport where applicable
- Refillable-container return terms
